SkyLimit Creations is expanding its residential fiber internet and wireless/mobile sales team across Upstate South Carolina. The role focuses on door‑to‑door sales, building trust with homeowners, and closing fiber and wireless service deals while developing other representatives.

Experienced professionals will receive product training, assigned territories, field support, and leadership opportunities. This is a field, in‑person role with strong mentorship and advancement potential.

SkyLimit Creations is expanding its residential fiber internet and wireless/mobile sales team throughout Simpsonville, Mauldin, Fountain Inn, Woodruff, and surrounding Upstate South Carolina communities.

We're looking for experienced sales professionals who know how to approach homeowners, build trust, identify customer needs, handle objections, and close sales — and who are interested in helping develop other representatives and build a stronger sales team.

This opportunity combines residential fiber internet and wireless/mobile sales with field mentorship, team development, and potential leadership advancement.

If you already have experience selling home services, we'll provide product training, assigned territories, field resources, and sales technology to help you apply your existing skills in the telecommunications market.

What You'll Do

Residential Fiber & Wireless Sales

• Engage directly with homeowners through residential door-to-door sales
• Introduce available high-speed fiber internet and wireless/mobile service options
• Explain eligible plans, pricing, promotions, service features, and installation or activation requirements
• Identify household internet and mobile connectivity needs
• Recommend appropriate fiber internet and wireless/mobile services based on customer needs and availability
• Manage sales conversations from initial contact through customer order submission
• Maintain accurate customer records and sales activity using company-provided technology
• Follow up with customers when needed to support successful installations and activations
• Develop relationships and manage sales activity within assigned residential territories

Field Training & Team Development

• Help newer representatives improve prospecting, communication, presentations, and closing skills
• Share practical knowledge from previous residential or direct sales experience
• Support field shadowing, hands‑on coaching, and representative development
• Help newer representatives learn fiber and wireless/mobile products, sales procedures, and territory technology
• Reinforce professional customer interactions, accurate order submission, and consistent sales habits
• Contribute to recruiting, mentoring, and team‑building initiatives
• Demonstrate leadership through personal sales production, accountability, and the ability to develop others

Fast‑Track Management Program

At SkyLimit Creations, we develop leadership talent from within.

Our Fast‑Track Management Program is designed for experienced sales professionals who want to expand beyond individual production and develop the skills necessary to train, lead, and support others.

Representatives who demonstrate strong sales results, consistency, accountability, coachability, and leadership ability may be considered for additional responsibilities involving:

• Field training and representative development
• Recruiting and team‑building support
• Territory coordination and development
• Sales activity coaching and accountability
• Team leadership and management development

There is no seniority requirement for advancement.

High‑performing representatives who demonstrate leadership readiness may begin moving into management development in approximately 4-8 months, depending on results, demonstrated readiness, and business needs.

Participation, additional leadership responsibilities, and promotion are not guaranteed.

Compensation & Earning Potential

This is an uncapped, commission‑only 1099 independent‑contractor opportunity with no guaranteed base salary.

Illustrative weekly fiber commission potential: $1,040-$2,080

Based on a commission rate of $260 per eligible completed fiber installation:

• 4 eligible completed fiber installations: $1,040 in gross commissions
• 6 eligible completed fiber installations: $1,560 in gross commissions
• 8 eligible completed fiber installations: $2,080 in gross commissions

These figures illustrate potential fiber sales earnings rather than guaranteed or verified average income.

Wireless/mobile sales may provide additional commission opportunities under the applicable compensation plan. Specific wireless/mobile commission amounts and eligibility requirements will be explained during the recruiting process.

Actual earnings depend on individual sales production, completed installations or activations, eligibility, and the applicable commission plan, including any adjustments.

Any additional compensation associated with training, recruiting, or leadership responsibilities would be subject to a separately established and communicated compensation arrangement, if applicable.

• Other direct‑to‑consumer or field sales positions

Preferred Qualifications

• At least 1 year of relevant outside sales, direct sales, or residential selling experience
• Demonstrated ability to prospect, establish relationships, overcome objections, and close sales
• Strong face‑to‑face communication and customer service skills
• Comfortable approaching homeowners and conducting residential door‑to‑door sales
• Ability to explain product features, pricing, and service options clearly
• Ability to manage personal sales activity independently
• Willingness to share knowledge and help develop newer representatives
• Interest in mentoring, field coaching, recruiting, or future team leadership
• Professionalism, accountability, and willingness to learn new products and procedures
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to travel throughout assigned Upstate South Carolina territories

Previous fiber internet or wireless/mobile sales experience is helpful but not required.
