Dr. Norm’s Animal Hospital is Hiring an Experienced Veterinary Technician!
Role: Veterinary Technician
Status: Full-Time
Salary: $18–$20 per hour, based on experience and skill level
Schedule: 4-day work week with rotating Saturday shifts

- Perform in‑house Idexx laboratory testing and diagnostics
- Take and process digital radiographs
- Administer medications, vaccines, and treatments as directed
- Monitor anesthesia and patient recovery to ensure patient safety and comfort
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient medical records
- Educate clients on preventive care, treatment plans, and nutrition
- Safely restrain patients during exams and procedures
- Care for hospitalized patients and monitor their well‑being
- Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the hospital
- Previous Veterinary Technician experience required
- Strong technical and patient care skillsExperience with anesthesia monitoring and surgical support
- Knowledge of laboratory diagnostics and radiology
- Excellent communication and client education skills
