About the Position

The Ophthalmic Scribe’s primary responsibility is preparing patients for appointments with the physician. Tasks include interviewing patients and documenting their history, diagnostic testing, and scribing for the physician while maintaining a clean and friendly environment.

• Experience with HVF, Lensometry, Keratometry, Tonometry, Visual Fields, Amslers, Muscle Fields, Pupil Exams, and Refracting


• Proficiency with EMR computer programs; NextGen is preferred


• Perform general duties and other functions as required or assigned
