• BSN degree required.
• At least two years ICU and medical/surgical experience.
• Willing to float to PACU/IR, hematology, surgical and medical cohorts.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care in assigned area and coordinate with the multidisciplinary team.
• Ensure safe discharge planning and patient education.
• Maintain documentation and support family in care planning.
