Job summary

Mercy St. Louis is hiring Experienced NICU RNs for full-time night shifts. You will care for premature and full-term neonates in a high-acuity Level IV NICU, with opportunities for professional growth and a bridge to an RN-to-BSN program.

Mercy offers day-one benefits, shift differential pay, and a supportive team focused on compassionate, innovative care for our smallest patients.

Qualifications

• Nursing degree from an accredited school (BSN preferred).
• Experience in NICU.
• Current RN license in Missouri or a compact state.
• BLS certification through the American Heart Association.

Responsibilities

• Provide specialized neonatal patient care in the NICU.
• Monitor vitals, support families, and collaborate with the care team.
• Maintain compliance with unit protocols and safety standards.
