Requirements

• Minimum three years of meat cutting experience.
• Proficiency with bandsaws and above-average knife skills.
• Extensive knowledge of beef and pork cuts.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with customer interaction.
• Knowledge of perishables, product rotation, and safe food handling.
• Ability to stand, sit, walk, bend, squat, and climb for up to 8-10 hours.
• Lifting and moving up to 100 lbs.
• Work may include extended periods in refrigerated environments.
• Schedule may include evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Job Duties

• Maintain professionalism and courtesy.
• Engage with customers to enhance their experience.
• Fulfill orders efficiently and cheerfully.
• Use cutting tools safely and correctly.
• Operate equipment like slicers, grinders, and saws safely.
• Ensure meat quality, freshness, and safety.
• Process and prepare meat with minimal waste.
• Unload, sort, and process deliveries.
• Manage product displays and inventory.
• Inspect deliveries for quality and accuracy.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
