Job summary

Hearth & Home Technologies, LLC in Mount Pleasant, IA is hiring for production roles with a 6:00 AM to 4:20 PM shift, Monday through Thursday. This full-time, direct-hire position offers hourly pay with overtime as needed and opportunities to rotate through multiple manufacturing stations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of manufacturing experience required.
• Hands-on use of screw guns, rivet guns and drills.
• Ability to operate press brakes.
• Ability to pace work and maintain takt time.
• Willing to rotate through multiple roles in the department & facility.
• Work cell and assembly line responsibilities.
• Experience with small hand tools and operating small machines.
• Testing and packaging finished goods.
• Forming various metals.
