You will set up and operate manual lathes, mills, VTLs and HBMs, read complex drawings, and maintain tight tolerances with micrometers, calipers and bore gauges in a heavy industrial environment. Top candidates have 5+ years in a manual job shop, a repair mindset, and the stamina to start at

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a manual job shop environment.
• Proficient with large-scale manual lathes and VTLs.
• Strong blueprints reading and shop math skills.
• Repair mindset for one-off or low-volume work.
• Ability to use precision inspection instruments.
• Physically able to stand and lift up to 50 lbs.
