Job summary

The Hayley in Sacramento, CA is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to keep the property clean and perform repairs across multifamily and commercial spaces. You will handle plumbing, electrical, drywall, HVAC, and appliance maintenance, coordinating with management to turn units efficiently.

Applicants should have at least one year of related experience; HVAC is required. A valid driver’s license may be required and you will join a growing property management team.

Qualifications

• HVAC experience a must.
• At least 1 year of experience preferred.
• Educational degree not required.

Responsibilities

• Perform plumbing maintenance and copper sweating.
• Maintain electrical wiring, outlets, switches, and lighting fixtures.
• Repair drywall and texture; perform related installation work.
• HVAC system troubleshooting and maintenance in multi-family properties.
• Coordinate with management to complete work orders and unit turns.
• Ensure vacant units are ready within 7 days and communicate timelines to residents.
