Job summary

Traders Village is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician for our large Houston property. This full-time role requires hands-on expertise across electrical, plumbing, carpentry, landscaping equipment, hydraulics, and pneumatics. You’ll troubleshoot, repair, and maintain a wide range of facilities and infrastructure.

The position is not entry-level, with emphasis on independent work, teamwork, and safe operations across approximately 180 acres. Weekend/holiday flexibility is required.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in at least four maintenance areas is required.
• Not an entry‑level position; must troubleshoot and repair diverse systems.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team with safety focus.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair equipment, buildings, and infrastructure.
• Prioritize tasks and manage multiple maintenance assignments.
• Travel between maintenance locations across the property as needed.
