Qualifications

• Knowledge of electrical, hydraulic, plumbing, and general maintenance processes.

Responsibilities

• Inspect buildings and mechanical systems to ensure health and safety standards.
• Assist with HVAC, ventilation, and refrigeration system maintenance and repairs.
• Maintain plumbing and heating systems for proper functionality.
• Inspect alarm systems and coordinate repairs.
