NOW HIRING: Experienced Maintenance Technician
Full-Time | $23.00 – $40.00/hr

We’re seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join a fast-paced, team-oriented manufacturing environment. Ideal candidates are hands-on problem-solvers who enjoy challenges and want to make a meaningful impact on daily operations. Previous experience with electrical and mechanical repair in an industrial setting is strongly preferred. Key Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, maintain, and install production and packaging equipment
• Perform routine and emergency maintenance per schedules and safety standards
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and work orders
• Use tools and machinery including lathes, grinders, welders, and mills
• Maintain logbooks and ensure quality, GMP, and safety compliance
• Assist with monitoring boilers, HVAC, air compressors, refrigeration, and more
• Support preventive maintenance and continuous improvement initiatives
• Complete required paperwork and maintain clean workspaces

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• 3–5 years of hands-on electrical and mechanical maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting
• Must pass Maintenance Aptitude Test
• Working knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
• Ability to lift 75+ lbs and work in cold environments (35–40°F)
• Basic computer and math skills
• Must be able to work assigned shifts, including mandatory overtime and weekends

Schedule

• 8-hour shifts - 2:15pm - 11:30pm
• Monday–Friday, with potential overtime and weekend hours
