Job summary

Everett Engineering, Inc. in Everett, WA, is seeking an experienced Manual/CNC Machinist to fabricate metal parts with precision. You will operate CNC machines, read drawings, select tools, and ensure adherence to safety standards in a diverse shop.

With 3+ years of experience, you’ll bring strong problem-solving, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while collaborating with a team to meet customer specifications and project timelines.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years as a Manual or CNC Machinist.
  • Extensive knowledge of operating manual mills, lathes.
  • CNC programming experience preferred.
  • Ability to read engineering drawings.
  • Proficiency with precision measuring instruments.
  • Strong attention to detail and precision.
  • Problem-solving and troubleshooting machining issues.
  • Good communication and collaboration skills.
  • Strong work ethic and independent work ability.
  • Knowledge of safety protocols in machining.
  • Physical stamina for extended machining tasks.
