Job summary

Drylock Technologies is seeking a Machine Operator to safely operate, monitor, and adjust production equipment to ensure consistent quality and maximum uptime. You will follow established safety procedures and production standards in a fast-paced environment.

You will document production logs, participate in shift handoffs, and collaborate with Quality, Maintenance, and Operations teams to maintain high product integrity and efficient lines.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of manufacturing experience in a fast-paced setting or combination of manufacturing experience and related education.
• Machine operator experience is required.
• Strong technical aptitude with the ability to learn equipment operation, interpret machine indicators, and perform basic troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Operate assigned machinery in accordance with established safety standards and production procedures.
• Monitor machine performance, identify abnormalities, and make necessary adjustments.
• Perform basic troubleshooting to minimize downtime and escalate technical issues as needed.
• Complete required documentation, including production logs, quality checks, and shift handoff reports.
• Conduct routine equipment inspections and support preventive maintenance activities.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area that aligns with safety and 5S expectations.
• Collaborate with Adjusters, Machine Responsibles, Shift Leads, and Quality teams to ensure product quality and efficient operations.
• Follow all company policies, safety guidelines, and process instructions.
