Fields Motorcars Lamborghini Bentley Rolls - Royce Bugatti Chicago is seeking a positive Service Technician to join our luxury dealership team. You will provide exceptional service to both internal and external customers and help build life-long relationships.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Service Technician experience preferred.
• A level qualification, including Diagnostic, Electrical and Engine Repair.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Positive, friendly attitude with a team mindset.
• Ability to learn new technology and repair procedures.
• Valid Driver’s License with acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Perform work on the repair order with efficiency per dealership standards.
• Test-drive vehicles and diagnose components using diagnostic tools.
• Diagnose, maintain, and repair automotive systems (engine, transmission, electrical, brakes, A/C, etc.).
• Communicate with the Service Advisor about needed additional work and time estimates.
• Execute repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications.

Responsibilities

• Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership
• Test‑drive vehicles, and test components and systems, using diagnostic tools and special service equipment
• Diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing vehicle automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical steering, suspension, brakes, air conditioning, etc.
• Communicate directly with the Service Advisor so that customers can be informed if any additional service is needed. Providing an estimate of time needed for additional repairs
• Executing repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Service Technician experience preferred
• A level qualification, including Diagnostic, Electrical and Engine Repair
• Must hold a high school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent customer service skills
• Basic Computer skills
• Positive, friendly attitude, along with a customer service mentality

• Valid Driver’s License with an acceptable motor vehicle driving record according to dealership guidelines

Pay Range: $50 - $70 Flat Rate DOE
