Job summary

Protective Industrial Products (PIP | HSP) is seeking a Logistics Associate to optimize logistics operations, coordinate transportation, warehousing, and inventory management from our Groveport, OH location on an on-site schedule.

You will receive, inspect, and store incoming materials, maintain inventory records with cycle counts, operate forklifts and pallet jacks, and ensure accurate labeling and documentation.

Qualifications

• Receive, inspect and store incoming materials per established procedures.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct cycle counts.
• Operate material handling equipment (forklifts and pallet jacks).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve material issues.
• Prepare, package and ship outgoing shipments with proper labeling and documentation.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and regulations.
• Capable of lifting 25 pounds.
• Train new hires and coach staff to foster safety and productivity.
• Improve accuracy and efficiency by applying lean practices.
• Demonstrates reliability, integrity and ownership; act as a team role model.
