Job summary
INSPIRE Solutions in Colorado Springs is seeking an experienced AV Technician to set up and operate Barco video equipment and related playback systems for live events in the hospitality sector.
Ideal candidates will read floor plans and CAD drawings, deliver excellent customer service, coordinate on-site requirements, and lift up to 75 lbs. This on-site role requires flexibility, travel, and a professional appearance.
Qualifications
- Minimum High School Diploma or GED; some college preferred.
- Excellent customer service skills interacting with clients and colleagues.
- Maintain a professional image per company dress code.
- Clean driving record required.
- Ability to work nights, weekends, holidays, and travel.
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
Responsibilities
- Set up and operate Barco video equipment for events.
- Read floor plans and venue CAD drawings for setups.
- Coordinate show requirements and on-site labor needs.
- Pull equipment, load in/out, and perform takedown duties.
- Provide on-site support and ensure client satisfaction.
- Maintain inventory and fulfill miscellaneous duties as assigned.
