Leoforce, a growing boutique law firm based in New Jersey, seeks an experienced Litigation Paralegal to support attorneys through all stages of civil litigation. The role emphasizes thorough legal research, drafting of pleadings and discovery, and meticulous trial preparation in a fast-paced setting.

The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of litigation paralegal experience, a Bachelor's degree, and paralegal certification.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a litigation paralegal, preferably in civil litigation.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field; paralegal certification preferred.
• Extensive experience in legal research, drafting pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery and filing.

Responsabilités

• Assist attorneys in all stages of litigation from onset through post-trial.
• Conduct extensive legal research to gather relevant information for cases.
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and discovery requests/responses.
• Coordinate collection, review, and production of documents and respond to discovery requests.
• File pleadings and court documents electronically and ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Assist in trial preparation by organizing evidence and materials for court use.
• Coordinate calendars, deadlines, and schedules to meet all deadlines.
• Act as liaison between trial team and clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel.
