Responsibilities

• Represent clients in court hearings, motions, and trials.
• Communicate directly with clients, opposing counsel, and attorneys.

About the Role

Established full-service law firm seeking an experienced Litigation Attorney to handle a broad range of litigation matters, including business & commercial litigation, insurance defense, medical malpractice, construction, employment, probate, and domestic relations.

Mandatory Requirements

• JD from an accredited law school
• 4+ years of experience as a licensed attorney in a law firm
• Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills
