Qualifications

• At least four years of substantive litigation experience
• Experience taking depositions is required
• Strong legal analysis, problem-solving, strategic thinking, and written and oral communication skills
• The ability to exercise initiative, and independently carry assignments forward
• A collaborative approach and genuine interest in tackling challenging legal questions
