The role focuses on complex commercial and insurance coverage disputes, with opportunities to handle depositions, arbitration and settlement work.

You will represent both plaintiffs and defendants in high-stakes matters, work closely with clients and leadership, and contribute to a collaborative, trial-focused practice among top-tier firms.

Formación

• 4+ years of commercial litigation experience, including taking and defending depositions.
• Insurance coverage experience is a plus but not required.
• Strong research, writing and analytical skills.
• Collaborative, creative problem-solver who works with clients and colleagues.

Responsabilidades

• Handle a generalist portfolio of complex commercial litigation matters with a niche in insurance coverage and recovery disputes.
• Represent plaintiffs and defendants in high-stakes contract, business tort and insurance disputes in state and federal courts.
• Gain exposure to arbitration, mediation, settlement work and legal triage.
• Collaborate closely with clients and firm leadership in a team-based environment while litigating against major firms.
