Role Description

This is a full-time role for a mid-level (between 4 and 7 years of litigation experience) Litigation Associate, based in the Miami-Fort Lauderdale Area, with the flexibility to work from home. The Litigation Associate will manage a variety of legal tasks including drafting motions, conducting legal research, attending depositions, and representing clients in court proceedings. The role involves close collaboration with partners and clients to deliver high-quality legal services and achieve favorable outcomes in litigation matters.

Qualifications
