Job summary

Harry's Seafood Bar & Grille in Lakeland, FL is seeking an Experienced Line Cook for a part-time role. You will prepare dishes to our standards, maintain a clean station, and follow all safety practices.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of kitchen experience, ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays, and a positive team attitude. Excellent benefits are available to eligible staff.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of food preparation experience.
• Experience with quantity food preparation preferred.
• General knowledge of cooking procedures, weights and measurements.
• Demonstrate cooking skills and ability to follow established menus and recipes.
• Ability to work effectively within a team with a positive attitude.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to adhere to all company specs and quality standards.
• Demonstrating a high level of organization, cleanliness and a sense-of-urgency.
• Flexible schedule with the ability to work days, nights, weekends & holidays.
• Stable work history.
