Ponzu Sushi in Palm Springs, CA is seeking an experienced Line Cook to join our downtown restaurant team. You’ll set up and run an assigned station, execute dishes following recipes, and maintain station cleanliness during busy service.

The role offers full-time hours, roughly 40 per week, with overtime possible during peak season. We value reliability, speed, and consistency; Japanese cuisine experience is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Communicate clearly with chefs, cooks, sushi staff, and FOH team.
• Support other stations when needed.

• Complete opening and closing responsibilities thoroughly.

Experienced Line Cook | $18–$21/Hour + Tips | Full-Time

Ponzu Sushi is hiring an experienced Line Cook for our downtown Palm Springs location.

Pay is $18–$21 per hour based on experience, plus tips. This is a full-time position offering approximately 40 hours per week, with opportunities for overtime during peak season.

We are looking for a dependable cook who knows how to run a station, works clean, moves with urgency, and can maintain consistency during a busy service. Japanese-cuisine experience is helpful, but it is not required. Strong fundamentals, reliability, and the right attitude matter more.

This is a good opportunity for someone who wants stable hours, strong earning potential, and room to grow within an expanding restaurant group.

What You’ll Do

• Set up and run an assigned station through service
