Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepares and cooks food according to Sunset Grille menu and special menus.
• Pulls needed items from storage to ensure supplies on hand.
• Cleans food preparation areas at the start and end of each shift.
• Operates grills, deep-fat fryers, and griddles.
• Pre-cooks and packages batches of food kept warm until sold.
• Manages multiple orders to ensure all items for a guest are ready at the same time.
• Restocks and delivers food/beverage as needed.
