Job summary

Harry's Seafood Bar & Grille in Tallahassee, FL is seeking a part-time culinary team member to help craft dishes to our standards. The role emphasizes teamwork, safety, and a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include preparing dishes per our recipes, keeping a clean station, following sanitation practices, and performing other duties as assigned by the manager on duty. A high school diploma and 1 year cooking experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Minimum of 1 year of food preparation experience required
• Experience with quantity food preparation preferred
• General knowledge of cooking procedures, weights and measurements
• Demonstrate cooking skills and ability to follow established menus and recipes
• Ability to work effectively within a team with a positive attitude
• Strong attention to detail and ability to adhere to all company specs and quality standards
• Demonstrating a high level of organization, cleanliness and a sense-of-urgency
• Flexible schedule with the ability to work days, nights, weekends & holidays
• Stable work history
