Job summary

Harry's Seafood Bar & Grille in Tallahassee, FL is seeking a dedicated line cook to join our team. This part-time role offers hands-on training and the opportunity to contribute to a busy kitchen that values quality and consistency.

You will prepare dishes to Harry's standards, maintain a clean station, and follow all safety procedures while working with a collaborative team. A flexible schedule, including weekends, is required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year of food preparation experience.
• Experience with quantity food preparation preferred.
• General knowledge of cooking procedures, weights and measurements.
• Demonstrate cooking skills and ability to follow established menus and recipes.
• Ability to work effectively within a team with a positive attitude.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to adhere to all company specs and quality standards.
• Flexible schedule with the ability to work days, nights, weekends & holidays.
• Stable work history.
