About the Job

The Fox Hill Club is seeking an ideal candidate for our A La Carte Line to support our busy season. The candidate should have a strong understanding of all cooking techniques and the willingness to work any station, including pantry, sauté, or grill. The pay rate is $17-$23 per hour, depending on experience.

Job Duties:

1. Prepare all food items as directed, maintaining sanitation and timeliness.
2. Follow recipes and presentation specifications.
3. Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
4. Clean and maintain the station, adhering to safety and sanitation standards.
5. Assist with cleaning and organizing the kitchen and equipment.
6. Restock items as needed during shifts.
7. Follow all sanitation and food production codes.

Requirements:

• Line cook experience: 2 years preferred.
• Availability to work weekends and summer holidays.
• Serv-Safe Certification preferred; other food handler certificates accepted.
• Positive attitude and team player mentality preferred.
