Job summary

Located in Fort Myers, Cypress Cove is seeking an Experienced Line Cook to join our dining services team. You will prepare made-from-scratch meals from the menu cycle, work across the Sauté and Grill stations, and help with setup, operation, breakdown, and daily sanitation in a high-volume kitchen.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a line cook in a high-volume kitchen.
• Proven experience working both the Sauté and Grill stations.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high food quality and presentation.
• Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.
