We are a Scratch Kitchen, serving Comfort Food. We are looking for an experienced line cook with breakfast experience and the ability to cook from a recipe. We are a fast-paced, order-driven kitchen. The right person will be clean, efficient, and reliable. Must have or be willing to obtain your Serve Safe certification within 30 days of start date and have reliable transportation. MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE ON FLAT TOP GRIDDLE COOKING BREAKFAST AND LUNCH IN A FAST KITCHEN.

Requirements: 1 year of prior work experience with griddles as well as food prep. Prepare multiple orders in a safe and efficient manner. Must have the ability to use and properly clean a griddle, grinder, and deep fryer. The ability to work in a friendly and effective manner with other team members.
