Job summary

Dalamar Homes is seeking licensed, self-driven real estate agents for on-site sales roles in the Nashville area. Immediate inventory, available lots for pre-sale and staged models are provided, with an intensive training program and commission-based compensation.

Responsibilities include guiding buyers through contracts, prospecting, and achieving sales targets while delivering excellent customer service from contract to closing.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years new home sales experience is a plus.
• Sales experience in real estate and construction is a plus.
• Hold a valid real estate license under our in-house brokerage.

We are a local, volume builder who allows personalization and in need of licensed, self-driven real estate agents that thrive in an independent, competitive team environment! We have multiple opportunities for experienced on-site sales professionals! Locations include Lexington KY & Surrounding Areas.

This is a commission only real estate career with a local builder that builds approximately 100 + homes a year. Only serious, highly driven individuals will be considered for this opportunity!
