In this role, you’ll be the communication hub—keeping service schedules on track, supporting technicians, and ensuring customers receive timely, exceptional service.

What You’ll Do:

1. Maintain daily schedules and capacity
2. QC Service and Maintenance tickets prior to assigning jobs
3. Monitor and resolve open service tickets
4. Coordinate with service managers and technicians to address field issues
5. Maintain up-to-date customer records and documentation
6. Deliver top-notch customer service via phone and digital communications

What You Bring:

1. Prior experience in dispatching (HVAC/Plumbing industry a plus!)
2. Strong communication and phone skills with active listening
3. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and stay organized under pressure
4. Familiarity with Service Titan or similar CRM systems preferred
5. A customer-first mindset and a collaborative attitude

Work Schedule:

Monday-Friday 7AM-4PM, One Saturday 8AM-2PM Per Month

Compensation:

$50,000-$60,000 Annually
