Cabinet IQ is seeking an Experienced Sales Designer for kitchen and bath projects in Hampton, NH. You will lead design proposals, meet clients on-site, and convert leads into installations using the 2020 Design software.

Join a fast-growing showroom with a supportive team, CRM tools, and structured processes that value client relationships and high-quality design. Monday–Friday schedule with a remote junior designer support. Competitive base salary plus commission and benefits.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of kitchen design and sales experience required.
• Proficient in 2020 Design Software preferred but not required.
• Outgoing, proactive, and professional demeanor.
• Strong math and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Understand client needs and curate tailored design and product solutions.
• Meet clients on-site to take field measurements and design dream kitchens and baths using 2020 Design.
• Follow up on leads, quotes, and clients to maximize sales performance.
• Participate in company training and development programs.
• Staff the showroom daily (when not at appointments).
• Build relationships with remodelers, builders, and design professionals through local networking.

Compensation:

$55K - $65K base salary + 2% commission
