Cabinet IQ is seeking an experienced Lead Kitchen & Bath Designer to join our Raleigh showroom. You will meet clients on-site, take field measurements, and design dream kitchens using 2020 Design software.

Focus on delivering tailored product solutions and building strong client relationships to drive sales. You will collaborate with remodelers and design professionals, participate in trainings, and staff the showroom daily when not at appointments.

Formación

• 5+ years of kitchen design and sales experience required.
• Proficient in 2020 Design Software.
• Outgoing, proactive, and professional demeanor.
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
• Construction experience preferred but not required.
• Solid math and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
• Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Energetic, dependable, and positive "can-do" attitude.

Responsabilidades

Schedule / Expected Work Hours

• Monday - Friday, 9 AM - 4 PM, Saturdays 10 AM - 2 PM

Compensation

• Base salary + commission
• Base Salary $50,000 annually
• Earn percentage commission on revenue
• Sales reps earn on average $75,000 - $100,000 annually
