The Learning Experience in Blue Spring, MO is seeking a passionate Lead Preschool Teacher to create a welcoming, engaging classroom for infants, toddlers, or preschoolers while implementing our LEAP Curriculum®. You will nurture curiosity, support emotional development, and build strong relationships with families.

Qualifications

• One year of professional teaching experience (preferred) or six months of professional teaching experience (required)
• Associate degree or higher in ECE or related field (preferred) or High school diploma/GED (required)
• Passion for educating and caring for children and ability to create a positive, engaging learning environment

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming, engaging classroom space for young children to learn, play and grow
• Use a growth mindset to develop young minds and inspire a love of learning
• Implement our proprietary L.E.A.P. Curriculum®, working with Infants, Toddlers, or Preschool children
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn
• Communicate regularly with parents, sharing children’s latest adventures and achievements through various avenues
• Support center’s success, partnering with staff and leadership to achieve enrollment and engagement goals
• Build relationships with families and coworkers and foster a dynamic learning environment

Education

Associate degree or higher in Early Childhood Education (ECE) or related field

High school diploma/GED (required)
