Logan Health in Whitefish, MT is seeking an experienced RN for the Labor, Delivery & Postpartum team. You’ll care for antepartum through postpartum patients in a 36-hour week with 12-hour night shifts, supported by OB staff and NICU access.

The role emphasizes high-risk obstetric care in a regional setting with opportunities to develop and circulate for C-sections. We offer night and weekend differentials, sign-on and relocation incentives for qualified hires, plus advanced certification pay.

Qualifications

• Montana RN license or compact license to practice in Montana.
• Labor & Delivery or LDRP experience required.
• Direct obstetric nursing experience emphasized for placement.

Responsabilités

• Provide individualized nursing care to antepartum, labor, and postpartum patients and newborns.
• Assess patients, develop and implement plans of care, and evaluate outcomes.
• Support deliveries and care throughout labor and delivery process.
• Circulate for C-sections with OB surgical technician support.
• Educate patients and families throughout the experience.
• Collaborate with providers and multidisciplinary care team.
• Maintain accurate documentation following safety and HIPAA standards.
