Job summary

Talented Medical Solutions is seeking an experienced Labor & Delivery Registered Nurse for a maternity team in Lodi, California. This role focuses on compassionate care throughout labor, delivery, recovery, and postpartum.

The ideal candidate will have an active California RN license, BLS, NRP, and several years of L&D experience. You will collaborate with OB, anesthesia, NICU, and other teams to educate families and ensure high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Active California RN license.
• BLS certification is required.
• NRP certification required (ACLS preferred).
• 2+ years of labor and delivery experience preferred.
• Strong fetal monitoring and newborn care skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide care during labor, delivery, recovery, and postpartum.
• Monitor maternal and fetal status and respond to changes.
• Assist with vaginal and cesarean deliveries.
• Collaborate with OB providers, anesthesia, NICU, and interdisciplinary teams.
• Educate patients and families on labor, delivery, and postpartum care.
