Job summary

Qualifications

• BSN preferred.
• Acute care facility experience preferred.
• RN licensure in state of practice required.
• CPR or BLS certification required per AH policy.
• AHA-BLS or AHA-CPR required.
• NRP/Neonatal Resuscitation required.

Responsibilities

• Collect and analyze data to develop and implement a patient care plan.
• Collaborate with the care team to provide a safe, compassionate environment.
• Participate in discharge planning to ensure continuity of care.
• Delegate and coordinate duties among healthcare staff.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
