Bath Concepts Independent Dealers is seeking an experienced Kitchen Reface Installer / Carpenter to transform existing kitchens in occupied homes. You will install cabinet doors, drawer fronts, panels, trim and related components with a focus on clean, professional finishes.

The right candidate brings proven kitchen cabinet installation or refacing experience, strong carpentry and finish-work skills, reliable transportation, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Install new cabinet doors and drawer fronts.
• Reface existing kitchen cabinet boxes.
• Install cabinet end panels, skins and fillers.
• Install crown molding, light rail, toe kicks and trim.
• Modify and fabricate existing cabinets when needed.
• Make accurate cuts and adjustments in the field.
• Install hinges, drawer hardware and cabinet accessories.
• Perform basic carpentry and finish work.
• Ensure doors and drawers are properly aligned and adjusted.
• Keep the jobsite clean and protect the customer's home.
• Complete each project to a high-quality finish.

We’re a busy home remodeling company looking for an experienced Kitchen Reface Installer / Carpenter who knows how to transform an existing kitchen and takes pride in clean, professional work.

Our kitchen refacing projects involve installing new cabinet doors, drawer fronts, panels, trim, molding and related components while keeping and upgrading the customer's existing cabinet layout.

You’ll be working in occupied homes, so we’re looking for someone who is skilled, clean, reliable and respectful of the customer's home.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Install new cabinet doors and drawer fronts
• Reface existing kitchen cabinet boxes
• Install cabinet end panels, skins and fillers

Experience with cabinet refacing, custom cabinetry, finish carpentry, trim work or kitchen remodeling is highly preferred.
