Bath Concepts Independent Dealers is seeking an experienced Kitchen Reface Installer / Carpenter to transform existing kitchens in occupied homes with clean, professional work. You will install new cabinet doors, drawer fronts, panels, trim, molding and related components while upgrading the layout as needed.

We value real kitchen installation and carpentry expertise; you should be able to work independently, measure accurately, and maintain high-quality finishes.

Qualifications

• Proven experience with kitchen cabinet installation or refacing.
• Strong carpentry and finish-work skills.
• Experience installing cabinet doors and drawer fronts.
• Ability to take accurate measurements and make field modifications.
• Own shop/workspace for cabinet and carpentry work.
• Own reliable helper, truck, and professional tools.

Responsibilities

• Install new cabinet doors and drawer fronts.
• Reface existing kitchen cabinet boxes.
• Install cabinet end panels, skins and fillers.
• Install crown molding, light rail, toe kicks and trim.
• Modify and fabricate existing cabinets when needed.
• Make accurate cuts and adjustments in the field.

• Perform basic carpentry and finish work.
• Ensure doors and drawers are properly aligned and adjusted.

We’re a busy home remodeling company looking for an experienced Kitchen Reface Installer / Carpenter who knows how to transform an existing kitchen and takes pride in clean, professional work.

Our kitchen refacing projects involve installing new cabinet doors, drawer fronts, panels, trim, molding and related components while keeping and upgrading the customer’s existing cabinet layout.

You’ll be working in occupied homes, so we’re looking for someone who is skilled, clean, reliable and respectful of the customer’s home.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Install new cabinet doors and drawer fronts
• Reface existing kitchen cabinet boxes
• Install cabinet end panels, skins and fillers
• Install crown molding, light rail, toe kicks and trim
• Modify and fabricate existing cabinets when needed
• Make accurate cuts and adjustments in the field
