Delaware North’s Patina Group is hiring full-time Cook 3s to join our team at Maria and Enzo's Ristorante in Lake Buena Vista, Florida. As a Cook 3, you will lead by example in the kitchen, plan menus with management, ensure quality, and train team members while upholding health codes and controlling costs.

Qualifications

• Two years or more of experience in a back-of-house foodservice position.
• Ability to read and comprehend prep sheets and recipes.
• Basic math skills to follow recipes accurately.
• No high school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Review menus and orders to determine type and quantity of food while maintaining portions and quality standards.
• Keep workstation, coolers and equipment clean, organized and sanitary.
• Use waste control guidelines and record waste on the spoilage sheet.
• Perform opening, closing and end-of-day inventory tasks.
