Job summary

iLead Law Group, P.C. is seeking an Experienced Immigration Attorney with at least two years of relevant experience to independently manage a variety of immigration matters in a dynamic New York practice.

The successful candidate will handle employment-based, investor and family-based immigration cases, review and supervise junior staff, and contribute strong legal writing, analytical and interpersonal skills in a bilingual, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Education: J.D. or LL.M. from an accredited U.S. law school
• Licensure: New York bar admission preferred
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of immigration law experience
• Language: Fluency in English and Mandarin Chinese

About The Role

iLead Law Group is seeking an Experienced Immigration Attorney with at least two years of relevant experience. The ideal candidate will be able to independently manage a variety of immigration matters, including but not limited to:

• Employment-based immigration (H-1B, L-1, PERM, etc.)
• Investor and EB-5 immigration cases
• Family-based immigration petitions (I-130, adjustment of status, consular processing, etc.)
• Work visas and business immigration matters
• Immigration court and removal defense proceedings

This role also involves reviewing and supervising the work of junior attorneys, law clerks, and paralegals. The candidate must be responsible, efficient, and detail-oriented, with strong legal writing, analytical, and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Education: J.D. or LL.M. degree from an accredited U.S. law school
• Licensure: Admission to practice law in the State of New York (preferred)
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of immigration law experience
• Language: Fluency in both English and Mandarin Chinese required
