Qualifications

• 3+ years of Construction Litigation experience.
• Experience across investigations and discovery, pleadings, depositions, arguing motions and client communication.
• Excellent academic credentials.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and articulate legal strategies.
• Proactive, dynamic, and entrepreneurial.

Responsibilities

• Conduct factual investigations and discovery.
• Prepare pleadings, take depositions, argue motions, and participate in mediation.
• Develop and maintain relationships with the firm’s client base.
• Experience in court proceedings.
• Work on cases involving design defects, construction defects, delays, mechanic’s liens and payment issues.
