Universal Technical Institute, Inc. seeks an HVACR Instructor to educate and mentor future technicians. You will deliver hands-on training, diagnose, maintain, and repair HVACR systems, and shape course content with our education team.

We value real-world experience, a high school diploma or GED, EPA 608/Universal certification, and strong communication. You’ll lead practical demonstrations, ensure safety, and inspire students to pursue high-demand careers across industries.

• At least 4 years of relevant field experience in the last 10 years.
• EPA 608/Universal certification valued.

Responsibilities

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED
• Experience: 4 years of practical work in the last 10 years' experience in the field
• Certifications: EPA 608/Universal is highly valued

• Patience and Empathy: A patient and empathetic approach to teaching, understanding that every student learns at their own pace
