Job summary

Apex Mechanical is seeking an experienced HVAC Service Technician to diagnose, service, and repair a wide range of HVAC systems on-site, including commercial and industrial equipment. You will troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues and work independently to determine whether repair, maintenance, or replacement is needed.

Read wiring diagrams, schematics, and blueprints, clearly explain findings to customers, and complete service calls with a high standard of workmanship.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years hands-on HVAC service experience.
• EPA Universal Certification.
• Valid driver's license with a clean, insurable record.
• Ability to read wiring diagrams, schematics, and blueprints.
• NATE certification preferred, or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, service, and repair HVAC systems.
• Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues accurately.
• Work independently on commercial, industrial, and occasional residential equipment.
• Perform maintenance and preventative service.
• Read wiring diagrams, schematics, and blueprints.
• Explain findings and recommendations to customers.
