Job summary

Diamond Heating, Cooling, Plumbing & Electrical is seeking an experienced HVAC Service Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain residential and commercial systems. You will handle RTUs, boilers, chillers, and more, delivering clear explanations and high-quality service in customers’ homes and businesses.

You will complete service tickets, follow safety standards, and continue training to advance your skills in a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2–5 years of HVAC service or maintenance experience.
• EPA Certification.
• HVAC Apprentice Card.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain residential and commercial HVAC systems.
• Work on RTUs, split systems, boilers, chillers, and more.
• Perform inspections and preventative maintenance to keep systems operating safely and efficiently.
• Explain problems, solutions, and recommendations to customers in an understandable way.
• Complete service tickets, job documentation, and other paperwork accurately and on time.
• Follow safety standards, local codes, and company procedures on every job.
• Work independently while knowing a team backs you up when needed.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and company vehicle.
