Qualifications

• 2+ years of residential HVAC service experience
• EPA Certification required
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities
• Experience servicing heat pumps, gas furnaces and refrigerant systems
• Professional communication and customer service skills
• Valid driver's license with insurable driving record

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair residential HVAC systems
• Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration issues
• Work on air conditioners, heat pumps, gas furnaces, and indoor air quality equipment
• Perform maintenance, system inspections and preventative service
• Identify equipment issues and recommend repairs
• Explain findings and repair options to homeowners clearly
• Complete service documentation and maintain accurate job records
• Assist with installation-related work when needed
• Follow manufacturer guidelines and safety standards
