Job description

We are looking for an experienced and reliable AC & Refrigeration Service Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong troubleshooting skills, excellent customer service, and the ability to diagnose and repair residential and commercial air conditioning systems efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and service a wide range of air conditioning systems
• Perform routine maintenance and system inspections
• Identify problems and recommend repair or replacement solutions
• Communicate clearly with customers about system issues and options
• Maintain accurate service records and documentation
• Follow all company safety procedures and industry standards
• Maintain a clean and organized company vehicle

Requirements

• Minimum 3-5 years HVAC service experience
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
• Experience with residential and commercial AC systems
• EPA Certification (required)
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Ability to work independently and manage service calls
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to lift equipment and work in attics or tight spaces
• Ability to speak, read and write English

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with heat pumps and mini-split systems
• Experience with all major brand units, split systems & RTU's
• Experience with commercial refrigeration is a plus
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
