DAY IN THE LIFE
You can expect an average day to include:

• Filling your truck with whatever you need from our fully stocked warehouse

• Arriving on time at the customer home and providing exceptional service that results in great reviews

• Having parts/material delivered to you to keep your focus on the job
• Recording notes for the next technician because you’re a team player
• Collecting payment from the customer because if the company doesn’t get paid, neither do you
• Heading home after a full day of work

WHAT WE DO:
All residential HVAC, all day long. Gas furnaces, heat pumps, oil-boilers, geo-thermal, IAQ, install, maintenance, service, and more. Whatever we do, we do it right.
Customer service to us means caring enough for each person to present options for their home and family and give them the power of choice for what makes sense.

JOB DUTIES

• Learn and implement One Hour service system, procedures, and ethical practices
• Accurately diagnose problems of clients' HVAC systems
• Effectively recommend service and repair options to convert opportunities into sold work
• Perform service, maintenance, and repairs while maintaining a less than 1% callback ratio
• Optimize profitability through effective time management and inventory control
• Maintain a neat work area and inspect for cleanliness after each job
• Maintain company vehicle, ensuring it is clean inside and outside
