Current Opportunity: HVAC Service Technician

Job Responsibilities & Requirements:

• Service products and equipment on assigned projects, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Use a variety of hand tools, following blueprints or engineering specifications, to diagnose and repair units.
• Identify, analyze, diagnose, and repair systems and products at customer locations.
• Perform preventative maintenance, site surveys, replacements, and modifications as needed or requested by customers.
• Prepare for on-site installation and repairs by examining building layouts, anticipating difficulties, gathering materials, and coordinating work.
• Inspect vehicles for condition and cleanliness, maintain records of service, scheduling, and repairs.
• Inspect equipment for wear, notify customers and/or the Operations Manager of findings.
• Complete paperwork for each job, maintain files, and document work, parts, materials, labor, and costs accurately.
• Serve as a direct customer contact, providing technical support and representing the company professionally.
• Determine parts needed for repairs and ensure timely ordering.
• Keep current on all products concerning installation, operation, maintenance, service, and repair.
• Read and interpret product specifications.
• Work overtime/weekends as necessary and be flexible with travel requirements, including some overnight stays.
• Require a minimum of 5 years of experience in the field.
